Tarniah is Head of FM & Sustainability at SHW.  She is responsible for the facilities management and risk management teams across SHW's network of offices and the delivery of the sustainability service, leading the sustainability across the property management division and supporting the wider business. With over 10 years of experience in facilities management for investors, occupiers, and managing agents, Tarniah has implemented initiatives and engaged with occupiers to reduce the impact of properties while improving their success.
 
Tarniah is passionate about facilitating the collaboration between landlord, occupier, and service partners. Creating and developing client Sustainability Roadmaps to achieve sustainable ESG goals. With her background and 'on-the-ground' work in Facilities Management, she has first-hand knowledge of implementing, managing, and driving forward ESG initiatives.
