Sian is a seasoned leader and change maker in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Safeguarding, with extensive experience advancing people-centric inclusion strategies across diverse and international teams. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Diversity, Culture & Inclusion for the World Organisation of the Scout Movement, Sian is dedicated to embedding DEI principles into the core of organizations to drive meaningful change and impact. With a strong background in leading organizational change, Sian has designed and implemented high-impact initiatives that prioritize the intersectionality of employee wellbeing, organizational values, and inclusive leadership. She has worked with governments, non-profits, and multinational organizations across Europe, ensuring that DEI strategies are not only adopted but actively practiced to foster diverse, empowered teams. Sian is a passionate advocate for using data to drive and measure the success of DEI initiatives. She recently led the Ukraine emergency response with UNICEF, embedding EDI strategies into social cohesion work for international youth. With expertise in leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and scale impact, Sian is a thought leader in integrating DEI and wellbeing into organizational culture.
