Samantha Jinks has 10+ years in the design and construction industry with a career spanning across North America and EMEA.  She has a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University in fashion and started her career in retail design and development working with some of the largest brands in the world.   Throughout the years she moved to London and transitioned to corporate real estate in the European markets, with clients in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and The Netherlands.  She is passionate about bringing elements of the retail world into the corporate office space such as the employee journey and workplace hospitality.  As the business development director, Samantha understands the unique cultures of each client and helps to build workplace solutions that incorporate sustainability goals and more collaborative, flexible environments that foster inclusivity. 

Samantha continues to facilitate conversations and exchange of ideas among her fellow corporate real estate professionals covering topics on workplace strategy and design trends in the market.  Her global knowledge in the field has enabled her to partner with some of the most highly recognized businesses. She is a committee member of Corporate Real Estate for Women, The Ohio State University Alumni of London, Corenet, and the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce.
