Paula Brockwell
Paula is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Culture Strategist committed to creating workplace environments where people thrive. She helps organisations move beyond surface-level engagement strategies to build cultures that drive real, lasting change. Paula believes that when people feel safe, valued, and empowered, they contribute more fully—boosting both individual fulfilment and organisational performance.
Her expertise is deeply personal. As a neurodivergent professional with ADHD, Paula understands firsthand the challenges and strengths of navigating workplaces through a different lens. This lived experience fuels her passion for designing inclusive cultures where diverse ways of thinking and working are not just accommodated but actively valued.
Paula’s early career focused on supporting individuals facing complex barriers to work, including neurodivergent talent. She worked directly with people to build confidence, secure meaningful employment, and navigate workplace challenges—often in systems not designed with their needs in mind. This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of what’s needed to create environments where diverse talent isn’t just welcomed but truly enabled to succeed.
Now, as a culture transformation leader, Paula works with businesses to shift how they view and cultivate high performance workplace culture. She challenges outdated ideas that culture is just about ‘keeping people happy’ and instead positions it as a strategic driver of business performance. Her approach blends behavioural science, real-world insight, and data-led strategies to create cultures where both people and organisations can thrive.
Paula is passionate about making culture change practical and tangible. She knows transformation happens when people experience it firsthand—when they see new behaviours being modelled, feel safe to try them, and are supported in making them part of their everyday work. Through her work, she equips leaders with the tools, confidence, and strategies to drive meaningful change, creating workplaces where people don’t just survive, but truly thrive.
