Chief Workplace. & Change Strategist,
GoSpace AI
After five years of work after graduating, I left Warner Music in 1990 to complete a MSc in IT. I returned to the company in 1992 to do what transpired to be my only 3 months as a systems analyst. They asked me if I'd like to be considered for a new role as a Facilities Manager. I said no, naturally. But my interest was piqued when I discovered a new profession taking shape, and I wanted to be involved. From there, I taught myself FM and through various roles at PolyGram, Warner Bros., Honeywell, Rio Tinto and Sky, mastered the rest of international corporate real estate. I've been with the creators of the ground-breaking GoSpace AI application since 2019 and authored three books including The Elemental Workplace. The profession has been good to me over 30+ years, and I'm still learning.
