Naomi is a Principal in Gensler’s London office, leading both the Technology practice area for the firm’s Europe region and a studio serving innovative clients in sciences, tech, and creative industries. With a background in urban design, civil engineering, and architecture, Naomi joined Gensler in 2013, and has since been working on projects from high-rise residential towers to airports to workplace interiors. She is a frequent participant at industry conferences and has been a keynote speaker at leading events across Europe, speaking on topics such as the future of work and the importance of physical space to nurture talent and enhance human connection. As a board member for CREW UK, Naomi is a passionate advocate for diversity and gender equity across our industry.
