Louise brings over 15 years of recruitment experience within the Property and Facilities Management (FM) sectors, specialising in mid to senior-level roles for both UK-based and global positions. Her work spans across FM providers and client-side organisations, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry's evolving talent landscape. Currently serving as a Resourcing Partner for Eutopia Search, Louise combines her recruitment expertise with a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Over the past four years, she has actively contributed to advancing EDI within the industry, including her involvement as a member of the LGBT+in FM and IWFM North committees.
