Kate Walmsley works as a Workplace Inclusion Manager for Lloyds Banking Group, a role which focuses on the built environment ensuring workspaces and branches are accessible and inclusive. Kate works closely with the Lloyds internal property teams, our external construction suppliers and facilities management teams to support our colleagues and customers. Kate also has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having spent a large proportion of her career as a HR generalist supporting the health and wellbeing of colleagues.
