If the workplace is no longer our ‘everyday’ place of work, then it must do all the things that remote working simply can’t; facilitate face-to-face collaboration, showcase culture and brand and perhaps most crucially – host the serendipitous moments that facilitate skills development, knowledge transfer, creative problem solving and ideas generation.
